Pre-Wedding Consultation

Final Vendor Communication
We’ll reach out to all your vendors 1–2 weeks before the wedding to confirm arrival times, review logistics, and become their main point of contact moving forward.

A professionally built, detail-rich timeline for your entire wedding day — designed to keep the flow seamless and on schedule from start to finish.
Ceremony & Reception Management
We’ll oversee every moment — from vendor setup and guest seating to cueing the processional, coordinating toasts, and keeping the evening on track.
